Luckily, we got connected with Jacob Lapolla—and when I say he gave us a great experience, I mean it! He was so helpful, transparent, and honest throughout the process. To our surprise, we ended up purchasing a 2025 Ford F-150 and couldn’t be happier. Jacob went above and beyond by making sure the truck was filled with gas and freshly washed before we left. Our finance manager, Mia, was also wonderful. She was straightforward, kind, and worked hard to ensure we received the best deal possible. We are extremely happy with our experience and would definitely recommend both Jacob and Mia to our friends and family! More

I haven't bought a vehicle since 2013 and Russell and Smith Ford made it as painless as possible. Going from no car payment for years to buying something new (used 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe) was a stressful Smith Ford made it as painless as possible. Going from no car payment for years to buying something new (used 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe) was a stressful idea for me and they made the process as easy and as transparent as a car dealership can in my limited experience. I found the car on True Car. There was a "dealership rebate" of 1000 dollars which they didn't honor but Im not sure how those logistics work. That being said, I totally recommend them from the standpoint of ease and some of the least pushy people I had dealt with in my search for a car. I would definitely buy from them again. More
