Extremely frustrating experience. My vehicle has been at the dealership for over a week with no clear ETA. After several days with no updates, I had to call multiple times only to receive inconsistent information about readiness and newly discovered issues. Promised callbacks did not happen. Despite the car being undrivable and in their possession, I was denied a goodwill loaner and could not reach finance when attempting to discuss options, my call went straight to voicemail. I escalated the issue to VW corporate simply to get basic communication and temporary transportation while waiting on parts. More

Dealership has had my car since January 29. It is March 7. I have paid them $3800 and will have to pay them almost $1500 more when they finally get around to fixing it. I drive a 2024 atlas cro It is March 7. I have paid them $3800 and will have to pay them almost $1500 more when they finally get around to fixing it. I drive a 2024 atlas cross sport R line. Communication is terrible, and they will hang up on you if you question them too much. Do your research before buying a VW. They are known for oil leaks. Avoid VW and this dealership altogether. More

Jetta Purchace Purchased my first Volkswagon Jetta TDI. Always wanted one because of great milage. Micah Killion pick my wife and myself up at the airport and took us to the dealership on his day off. Conrad Foster meet us at dealership and brought us to the show room to look at a Jetta. Bought the first one he showed us. Finished up paperwork but my wife Sarah didn't want to drive it back to Cuba mo since i flew our helicopter to columbia mo airport. So Conrad took us to the airport and had our Jetta brought to our house in Cuba mo the next morning. I flew there car driver back to columbia mo after he dropped off our car. It only takes 20 minutes to fly vs an hour and a half drive oneway. What great customer service. We are planning on buying a new SUV and it will be with this dealership. Great experience except for one game! Micah knew his product and is proud of his dealership! He was great to work with and the dealership worked hard to get me to drive two hours to deal w Micah knew his product and is proud of his dealership! He was great to work with and the dealership worked hard to get me to drive two hours to deal with them.Follow up was great compared to Molle VW and Northtowne VW. Terence Felder was quick, precise, and fun to work with. That was the fastest and most enjoyable time I have ever spent in a finance office. Matt Smiley worked hard to get the numbers close to where I needed them and was friendly and upfront about how he arrived at the numbers. I would have given the dealership all 5 stars if it weren't for the sales desk manager that tried to get me to buy the car at a monthly payment around $160 more than what I had communicated with the dealership before and after my two hour drive and was told by the internet manager they could get the payment close to where I needed it and we had discussed some of the discounts and incentives. The sales manager tried to get me to buy the new Passat at full price and the lower end value on my trade. Playing games like that made me want to walk out. Then Matt Smiley came over and I dealt with him and we were able to negotiate good numbers and I understood where he was coming from with the numbers. If it hadn't of been for the initial numbers game I would have given 5 stars on everything. In the end I drove out with my new VW. More
