We were searching for a verified used car and stopped into Toyota of Easley used car lot and were greeted by George Hooper. What a great experience we had George is knowledgeable and asked all the right into Toyota of Easley used car lot and were greeted by George Hooper. What a great experience we had George is knowledgeable and asked all the right questions. We test drove a RAV 4 which is what I was looking for. George gave us all the information about the car. We left and kept thinking how much we loved the car we drove so we called George and he let us know he would not be in on Saturday but his co-worker Michael Abbott would be there to assist. Well we went in this morning and Michael was just as amazing as George! Michael picked up right where George left off and walked us through the purchasing of the car from start to finish. I was pretty certain I wanted a RAV4 hybrid when I went into the dealership, but I wasn’t sure which trim level would suit me best. Michael Abbott showed me the differences between the trim levels, which w into the dealership, but I wasn’t sure which trim level would suit me best. Michael Abbott showed me the differences between the trim levels, which was extremely helpful in making a decision. He didn’t have what I wanted in stock, but he was able to locate a vehicle and it was delivered sooner than promised. When I picked up the vehicle, he spent over an hour showing me how to use all the options. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone looking for a Toyota. More
