In October we bought a 2024 Santa Cruz from Brandon. The experience was about as seamless as any we have had buying a car in over 50 years. Brandon was calm, pleasant, knowledgeable, and personable. Today I took the car in to have the summer tires put on. Michael Bell met me as I drove in (no waiting), explained everything fully, and made careful notes about the one warranty question I had. He was excellent. I also stopped in to see Aletia Potter (Service Manager) who I have known for years and her welcome was warm and sincere.
