I traded in a vehicle with them on 9/5 it had an outstanding loan that was supposed to have a payoff on 9/25, on 9/30 I called my bank, the dealership hadn't sent a check yet. On the same day I called the dealership 6 times and left messages. Twice I actually spoke with someone who said they would send an email to the accounting department and get back to me. No one ever called me back. The check finally showed up on 10/3 and because it took so long I have an outstanding balance of $60 on the loan. In the meantime they already had my previous vehicle up for sale on their website. If you have a trade in I would go somewhere else. More
