Service department is the worst I’ve ever seen. Steven. Big mouth. Punk kid. Sales lost out because of the weekend kids running the service department. No one answered the phone. Had to drive there to talk to someone. Walked in. One guy on his phone. One eating. 2 other hanging out. All over a flat tier covered by roadside. It never got fixed. Steven told me to change it myself and wait till Monday. Sales man Z. The best. Service. I can’t even give the 1 star. Every time we took our car in. Was another issue with them. Stay far away. Now. Wife’s car is sitting with a flat. Service department went home. Good job kids. More

My fiancé and I bought a Sportage Hydrid from Anthony Scopacasa yesterday and it was the easiest car buying experience!! We visited a few other dealerships and had terrible experiences. Anthony answered Scopacasa yesterday and it was the easiest car buying experience!! We visited a few other dealerships and had terrible experiences. Anthony answered the phone for Crown Kia Sales when we called to see if they had our model and color in stock, and he was just so fun to talk to. Love a sense of humor!! He was able to get the model, color, trim we were looking for AND gave us the best price in all of Tampa, St Pete, Orlando, Sarasota, you name it, we called for numbers. During financing, we worked with Anthony Montesano. He was excellent as well! Easy to talk to, explained everything in detail, had a few laughs, and applied no pressure. Actually, both Tonys didn't pressure us for anything, like most dealerships. What a breathe of fresh air! Anyways, I have nothing but good things to say about working with both Tonys and highly recommend both for your car buying experience!! More
