We purchased a Chevrolet Venture minivan from this dealership several years ago, and have had no problems with the vehicle at all. We decided to go back to look for a car for our daughter, and purcha dealership several years ago, and have had no problems with the vehicle at all. We decided to go back to look for a car for our daughter, and purchased a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser. After noticing some electrical issues while test driving, the dealership was quick and happy to fix what was wrong, and the car was ready for us the next day. About 20 days later, while our personal mechanic was checking the car over and doing a state inspection, a problem was found with the tires. Even though these are not covered under warranty, the dealership replaced the tires the same day, and even washed the car for us! We have 2 family friends looking for used cars and are sending them to this dealership. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable vehicle. They are not your typical high-pressure salesmen. They let you walk the lot without following you around, and have bent over backwards to keep us happy. Great experience! More

I was looking to get out of my 2009 Hyundai Elantra because I need more Space ( I have 2 toddlers with huge carseats). I called the dealership and spoke to Bob and explained what I wanted to do as well as the resources I had available. Bob suggested that I come out to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I arrived on the lot and met Bob, we went for a test drive and I knew this was the vehicle I wanted. Bob put me in contact with Chad. Chad was able to secure financing for me which proved to be a challenging endeavor. He set me up with a great rate as well as a great lender (no fly by night operation). I am so very pleased with my overall experience that I will recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family that are i the market for safe and dependable transportation at a very affordable price. At first I wasn't too keen on shopping at a used car lot, but after seeing the cars on their site and the good reviews that others gave, i knew i would have to check them out. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, they didn't hound us for one seceond. As soon as I was ready for a test drive someone promtly brought out the keys and we got going. I was impressed with all of the cars in stock, the prices were good, and there was no added pressure from the staff. It's safe to say that the only hard part was for me to choose a car, if I had money for 2 I would have bought 2! Thanks to Auto Direct Cars i'm back on the road in beautiful 2003 Volkswagen Passat wagon GLX and i'm loving it. Check these guys out, you will not regret it, I promise. More

I was in the market to replace my current pickup with something newer. Being a local resident, I was familiar with the location of this dealer and their website. On Monday February 4, 2013 I was killing something newer. Being a local resident, I was familiar with the location of this dealer and their website. On Monday February 4, 2013 I was killing time and browsing their inventory on their website when I came across a 2004 Ford F-150 4x4. The vehicle appeared to be in excellent condition at a great price so I drove to the dealer for a closer look. The vehicle was in the detail shop when I arrived, because it was a new arrival. Mike walked me into the detail shop so I could check out the truck up close. He was very friendly and answered any questions I had while I was inspecting the vehicle. I walked into the sales office and met with Bob and Chad who greeted me with a smile and handshake. I told them how I was interested in the vehicle and asked if they would mind if my mechanic (who happened to be located just down the street) could take a look at it before we sat down to talk. Bob had no objection in my request and they even dropped the vehicle off and picked it up from my mechanic themselves! My mechanic had nothing bad to say about the truck and even told me the price was a great deal. The next day i returned to Auto Direct and spoke with Bob and Chad again. As always they were very friendly when I walked in the door. Another customer was also inside the sales office purchasing her second vehicle from Auto Direct and spoke very highly of the customer service and condition of the vehicles which was reassuring. Chad told me they had 7 people inquire about the same vehicle since I had seen them last. I told Bob I would like to purchase the vehicle and would come back the next day to finalize things. I asked Bob if I should leave a deposit so no one could buy the vehicle from under me and he said not to worry he would not let someone purchase it before I did. Now that is customer service!! Wednesday morning I picked up the truck and signed the papers and the shop staff had fixed some minor things before I came in that day. Chad got me great financing, and was always ready to answer any question or explain things in detail before the papers were signed. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the way I was treated at Auto Direct. These guys know how to treat their customers! I would recommend them to anyone! More
