The 2 past service appointments have not gone as well as one would hope. I blame most of the problems on the fact my car is not a toyota or subaru. 6 months ago I had my first of 6 prepaid oil changes. They one would hope. I blame most of the problems on the fact my car is not a toyota or subaru. 6 months ago I had my first of 6 prepaid oil changes. They offered to rotate my tires but later came out asking where my locking lug key was. Since they could not find it by searching my vehicle they were not able to rotate my tires. It was in the spot deaigened for it in the trunk next to the spare. The most recent time they were able to rotate the tires but as I left the low tire alarm came on, I called the servoce center and left a measage. I did not get a return call until the next day. In the meantime I checked the tire pressure and found it was to spec. After google helped, I found they did not reset the tire sensors. It took me about a minute to to do the reset. I am pretty sure my prepaid maintenance also included wiper replacement. They did not replace the wipers at either service visit, a span of 1 year and the driver side wiper dragging oddly on the windscreen. I replaced them myself. Works much better now. Odd. I really wish I was able to get cashed out on my prepaid maintenance so I could goto a dealer more familiar with my make of car. More
