My service writer Miguel was unfailingly helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with, and the service manager Mike spent a great deal of time on the phone with me before I made the appointment. The other service writers, Dan and Jairo, were great to chat with while I was waiting and Bernie, the cashier, was also engaging. I was a very loyal service customer at INFINITI of Elk Grove before they closed and have been less than satisfied with my alternatives since. I will be bringing my 2 INFINITIs here in the future—totally worth the 3+ hour round trip to have the work done correctly and with such attention to customer care. Of course, not that surprising.
