I financed a Kia k5 here and it was supposed to be brand new. It had some damage in the undercarriage, and when I went to go to have it fixed there, they took my car back from me and told me the financing w new. It’s a scam. Also, they have a separate department for the people who call in from the black radio stations. They asked me if I was referred by the black radio station. They didn’t use those words but I don’t remember the name of the station or was it something else and I lied and said it was something else who I called in through because I could tell they were already trying to discriminate And not take care of people they called him from the black radio station. So I would never recommend this. More

11/14/2022 car is still at HW Kia! 102 days since the problem started. I was told my car would be ready on 11/11 but they didn't get to it. Same situation today. The second time he said he would look into it and follow up on Friday but of course he never did. This is exactly the type of service you should expect if you buy or service your vehicle at HW Kia. James is my new service advisor and communication has improved significantly. Although the problem has not yet been solved, they have done more in the last week than in the past 80+ days to try to find a solution. I always have to call the dealership for an update. They seldom, if ever, call me. Been dealing with the same problem since August 4 and still do not have my car back. Contacted them regarding a new Sportage and was told yes it was available but they were asking for and additional nearly 11k over MSRP for the car. This is approx 26% above sticker. Caleb did a great job explaining the deep research they put into determing why it was reasonable considering the lack of inventory etc but definitely would avoid a place where this type of ludicrous mark up.is consider ethical.
