I purchased a 2021 Panamera in March 2025, I sold the car back to Porsche Sugarland in December 2025. Through conversion I was left with misunderstanding of a few vital details. Once those were explained I s back to Porsche Sugarland in December 2025. Through conversion I was left with misunderstanding of a few vital details. Once those were explained I see where Porsche of Sugarland truly were amazing. Michael Pal was my sales representative and he was always helpful in any and all issues. I was wrong in many ways due to the miscommunication of the sale in December, I want this to read with absolute praise of the entire staff at Sugarland, it is deserved. They will honor and uphold any agreements and will extend patience and understanding when things go awry. Thank you for everything! More

The parts and service had to fix a mechanical problem with electronic control panel discovered on a test drive on a Saturday. The shop was notified Monday, express ordered out of town part, received Tues with electronic control panel discovered on a test drive on a Saturday.
