I also thought it was really nice to see the General Sales Manager, Brian Monks, actually out on the showroom floor. Instead of hiding in an office, he was right there greeting people and helping customers. It’s rare to see that kind of hands-on management, and it gave the place a really welcoming vibe. Finance is usually the worst part of buying a car, but Jack Prato made it completely painless. He was incredibly organized, explained the paperwork clearly, and got me through the process fast. Best of all, there were no high-pressure sales tactics. He respected my choices, the numbers matched exactly what we had agreed on, and there were no surprises.
