Friendly when making appointment and friendly when I got to dealer. Was in for 20K check up and oil change. There was a computer upgrade done and my entire time from check in to check out was well over to dealer. Was in for 20K check up and oil change. There was a computer upgrade done and my entire time from check in to check out was well over 2 hours. I was not offered a ride home or courtesy car. In the past 3 days my computer system in the car has shut down and I assume rebooted three different times. I was not told that that was going to happen so I assume it's a problem and will have to make another appointment to have that rectified. I wish the scree map could be made bigger as you can not drive and read the street names at all. More
