Everyone was great from start to finish. Worked with me online, got me where i needed to be on the numbers and then had me driving off in the new truck in about 2 hours or so. let em start with this dealership is 45 min away from my home and we thought they closed at 8 to find out when we were about a block away we were mistaken and they close at 7 and its now 6:45. One of the workers was closing the gates to the parking lot, we felt like jerks pulling in 10min before closing. We though ok lets look at the car and put a deposit and come back tomorrow. We walk in and Mike Wills had his bag in hand ready to walk out the door along with the 2 counter people and the Mike from finance. I didn't get all their names but all of them greeted us respectfully and quickly looked up the car we were interested in and ran to pull it up. Mike took us to his desk, put his bag down, turned back on his computer and proceeded to help us see what other options we may have while we wait for the car. The car pulls up we look at it and said ok its perfect which then Mike and I went inside to start the process while my son and wife continue to look at the car. I traded in my 2022 Santa fe so Mike gave the counter guys my key and they went off and got the car ready for trade in. Took care of everything to get the car back to original factory settings. I never felt like they were annoyed with me showing up at closing time even though I would bet they all were. I would be. I was assuming they would tell me they were closed and come back tomorrow but they did not. I have bought many cars over the years and I can tell you that this experience tops them all. We finished up with everything at about 20 after 9. More than 2 hours after closing time. Mike literally locked the doors behind us as we left. Everyone offers you water/coffee etc and most places the sales staff are friendly. But Mike and company were definitely something different. I wasn't buying the most expensive car on the lot but we felt as if we were. If I ever want to buy a dodge or jeep in the future I will be more than happy to drive the 45min to bring my business to them. More
