Another great service experience at Porsche Ontario. My SA Michael Yeh was fantastic- he even did the leg work on my warranty claim to keep my out of pocket to a minimum. This still fairly new dealership, in a very short time, has learned that great service wins over the customer and keeps them loyal. David Barron in service is really great. I came in for a headlamp issue and they discovered a nail in a tire. David remembered that I had a tire warranty, looked up my policy, and arranged for a new tire without any delay. He is always pleasant and professional. I keep telling him to call me by my first name but I’m not sure he can do it! When Michael Yeh subs in he doesn’t miss a beat either. You pay a premium for a Porsche. Ontario Porsche knows that and makes sure that everyone gets special treatment. More

Jose Rodela was professional and was able to get my Macan T fixed right the first time. The service department was efficient, friendly, and did not waste any time getting me in and out.
