The guy who assisted me was good. Although yesterday I got an email from Nissan with an offer of $25 and a free key fob, wonder why it wasnt offered to me when I visited. I would normally give this dealership 5 stars, but this time, something was working right. I waited longer than I have ever had to wait to see a service advisor. (I had an appointment.) I was told by 3 d time, something was working right. I waited longer than I have ever had to wait to see a service advisor. (I had an appointment.) I was told by 3 different people that he would be with me shortly. After 16 minutes, I had to go get someone to help me., I was the only car in the bay and those inside could clearly see me. Michael Johnson finally helped me get checked in and he was awesome, very apologetic about the other guy not ever coming. I also spoke to the Service Manager, Kaelyn, and she was very concerned and apologized repeatedly. Bottom line, the service I requested was completed quickly and Michael came to walk me out to my car. More
