My car buying experienced at Subaru was fantastic, but my experience at the Service Department was the opposite. Cliff Wiggins is exceptional. His knowledge of the vehicle, assistance, and professionalism experience at the Service Department was the opposite. Cliff Wiggins is exceptional. His knowledge of the vehicle, assistance, and professionalism are top notch. His communications skills are excellent - he promptly returned my calls/texts. I would certainly recommend Cliff to others. The Service Department needs improvement. Shortly after purchased my 2025 Outback, I discovered that the driver side door molding by the sideview mirror had a dent in it. I brought it in to the dealership and they agreed to have it fixed, which they said would be easy, but it may take a week or two to get the part. While the part arrived the next day, it took me three visits, 6 hours of my time, and ultimately I was without my new car for a day and a half. I was surprised to find that communication was poor, customer service was lacking and the department appeared to be poorly managed. More
