This dealership is a fun place to visit. The layout is very inviting and the staff are extremely friendly. I never had a need or a want while visiting the dealership. From the moment I walked in, Josh was all over it and knew exactly which vehicle would fit our desires. The purchasing process was very relaxed and not intimidating by any means. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure this process was as easy and straightforward as possible. To me, there were no games being played like at other dealerships. The buying process was to the point and generous. I was very aware of the trade in and I felt that Bluff City Land Rover went out of their way to make this a perfect experience for me and my family. I am very satisfied and happy with my experience from the very beginning to the end of the purchasing process. I WILL be back to purchase another Land Rover. This is the experience I’ve always longed for and I felt everything mattered to the dealer as it did to me.
