I recently brought my 2025 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition in for its first oil change and tire rotation at McGovern Toyota of Portsmouth, and the service was excellent. Sarah, a phenomenal Toyota Service Adviso for its first oil change and tire rotation at McGovern Toyota of Portsmouth, and the service was excellent. Sarah, a phenomenal Toyota Service Advisor, stepped in during a full internet outage and handled everything seamlessly, making the experience smooth and easy. She stayed calm throughout the chaotic day, kept everything organized, and made sure my truck was taken care of. After a day like that, she truly deserves recognition — and in my opinion, a raise or promotion. The other service staff could learn from her positive impact, diligence, and overall approach. Not everyone is cut out for this position. Thank you to Sarah and the entire McGovern Toyota team for outstanding service. — Kyle More

The service has always been good & accommodating but now very expensive. The $150 service is now $650. Pricey! But the people were wonderful. Ai not so much!
