I had a 10:30 AM appointment for a smog check. I arrived at 10:15 AM and checked in with my service rep, who was not very professional. At 1:45 PM I let my husband know that I was still waiting fo I arrived at 10:15 AM and checked in with my service rep, who was not very professional. At 1:45 PM I let my husband know that I was still waiting for my car. My husband called the dealership to get the status of my car. It was at 1:47 PM a service rep, came to the waiting room to get me and stated that my rep was out to lunch. He also stated that they had just finished with my car. This was not a true statement, because when you look at the time stamp of when it tells you the test time it was 11:52 AM. During this time, I did receive a text from my service rep telling me that they still have not received the parts needed to finish the repairs on my car. I was not at the dealership for repairs, I was at the dealership for a smog check. During my 3-1/2 hour wait, which should have been 1/2 hour, not one person came in to give me the status of my car or to offer me water, coffee. More
