I went in with the date that I had scheduled on the Honda app and they told me that I needed to call first to confirm if they even had the piece. What was the point of confirming on the app and through a tex app and they told me that I needed to call first to confirm if they even had the piece. Very dissatisfied and disappointed when we bought the Pilot Trailsport as it had the hitch receiver but no hitch connector or wiring. This was misleading .
