But I have been taking my car to Victory Honda to be serviced since I bought it. I brag about the service to everyone I meet. The service I received there is excellent. The waiting area is comfortable and includes table and chair options. Donuts and coffee are available there too. I am grateful for the opportunity to take a Lyft home and back when my car is ready. But the best part is the staff. The service advisors and the technicians are all so wonderful. They know their stuff and they are able to explain it to me in a way that I can understand.At this visit, I needed new tires, which were also aligned and I had an oil change service. When I got my car back, I swear I could feel the difference in the way it rides. The alignment is just that perfect. Allan Garcia has been my service advisor before. I really enjoy working with him. He is very knowledgeable and I feel like he really cares about his job. I see by the paperwork that my technician was.Cristian Flores. I want to thank both of them. It feels so good to know that my car is in good working order. I also want to thank the ladies at reception who are wonderful on the phone and in person.
