this dealership promised us a detailed vehicle & a full tank of gas. they did not provide either of those things. they also did not provide us with the 2nd key they had for the vehicle. my wife had to g tank of gas. they did not provide either of those things. they also did not provide us with the 2nd key they had for the vehicle. my wife had to go request it. they performed the promised oil change but failed to mention the oil leak that we are now stuck with. the truck was promised to be ready first thing monday morning and it was not ready until 11 am. The mechanics and office manager I worked with were all very respectful and patient with me considering my situation which is really appreciated. I have an interlock in my vehicle and I know how much of a very respectful and patient with me considering my situation which is really appreciated. I have an interlock in my vehicle and I know how much of a hassle that is to have to repair a vehicle with that restriction. And it happened to be on a day where I was unable to have the device deactivated for the duration of the diagnostic exam. They were understanding and though it was a significant inconvenience and hassle on their part, they still treated me with respect and assured me it was manageable. It took no time at all to figure out the first issue, the mechanic that test drove my car knew within 2 minutes of driving what was needing to be repaired which made me feel more comfortable about having the repairs done to begin with. They are a pretty good team to do business with, the only complaint I have is the pricing. I was charged a little over $200 for diagnostics, one of which took all of 15 minutes to figure out, I wasn't there longer that an hour and a half at the most so the fee for that is hard to digest. Now that being said. The manager did give me a discount which was a huge help, and is appreciated very much. I guess maybe I assumed that since I bought the car there, they might work with me a little as far as pricing goes. Which maybe is unrealistic but is something I've seen when dealing with past vehicle repairs at other shops. But that is not going to stop me from doing business here. I will still be returning to this dealership for my repair needs and I will recommend them to other people as well. Overall it was a good experience and I am confident in the mechanics' ability to effectively preform the repairs needed to ensure my vehicle is safe for me and everyone else on the road haha. More

I drove an hour two nights in a row after work and was told everything was approved and I could take the vehicle home. Nothing was correct and the guys I spoke with the 2nd trip were rude. I haven't even made my first payment, car dies on my way to work. Yeah their fixing it at my cost. Also had my recall fixed by Kia an they handed me an inspection report. One major issue listed, a timing to work. Yeah their fixing it at my cost. Also had my recall fixed by Kia an they handed me an inspection report. One major issue listed, a timing cover gasket leak. I let Josh in service know about the report and gave it to them. Josh says he can't honor another " shop report", inspection and it will cost me for them to inspect themselves!! So no loaner car, I'm paying a week plus in rental fees, plus cost to fix it, about 750 $ total pocket cost!! Plus not honoring the dealers inspection on major issue upcoming. Not happy with their "luxury used car" in 30 days of ownership or the handling of mechanical problems at my cost!!! More
