Couldn't be happier!!!! I visited this dealership after a friend of mine in the business recommended them. Upon arriving my wife and I were greeted promptly. Miguel greeted u I visited this dealership after a friend of mine in the business recommended them. Upon arriving my wife and I were greeted promptly. Miguel greeted us and asked if I was looking for anyone particular. I was informed that my friends associate was not actually in the sales department and referred me to speak to Miguel. I'm going to start off by saying that I am not a good or patient client quite boorish actually. Miguel was patient and collective thru out the deal. He never lied to me stating that he only knew his job and could not speak of what he didn't know. I didn't make it easy for him or anyone there including finance. However, after all was said and done we decided to purchase with Miguel and have not regretted it at all. He knew his craft and explained all the new technology( I still don't know half of it but It's my wife's truck). I will be back in a couple years for my own. Great deal overall, pricing was appropriate, but the sale happened not because of the numbers but because of Miguel.... I was in sales for 10 years (Don't miss it) and strongly believe that your not just buying a product but the service that comes with the purchase. Both were par none. Great job!!! More
