The pros of this dealership is they had the perfect car and the salesman and finance manager were nice. The way they do business.. is another story. The car we purchased wasn’t at the lot and we were told and the salesman and finance manager were nice. The way they do business.. is another story. The car we purchased wasn’t at the lot and we were told different information about when we could expect it being delivered. It came with a crack in the windshield - when we got the car the next night, we’re were told it was already scheduled for replacement. It wasn’t. The 3rd party vendor was on vacation for a week and still has yet to reach out to us. It didn’t have floor mats. The tags were expired when we went to pick it up. I LOVE THE CAR and happy we got it. Not so satisfied about the process. More
