We purchased a Dealership vehicle with 5,000 miles on it. We are more than satisfied with our 2023 Outback Premium. However, the service has not lived up to the quality of our car. From day one we were alway We are more than satisfied with our 2023 Outback Premium. However, the service has not lived up to the quality of our car. From day one we were always approached as”when are we going to trade in our used Subaru. We ended up purchasing our winter tires at a tire shop, we had our oil changed at our local garage and even though we brought our vehicle in for regular maintenance, the service was not consistent. We had 3 Subarus before this one and we plan on continuing purchasing Subarus, but maybe Jenkins Subaru does not want our business. More

Was easy to make the appointment and waiting area was clean and comfortable. However, we were disappointed that the main reason we traveled over an hour and a half to get service done was not corrected. clean and comfortable. However, we were disappointed that the main reason we traveled over an hour and a half to get service done was not corrected. We could have gotten the oil change and tire rotation done much closer to home but went to Jenkins because of the TPMS monitor keeps giving us an error. Pulled in for the drop off and did not turn off the car because we know you need to drive over 5 miles before it appears and told the service person. He assured us they would check it. After two hours of waiting, we went just about 5 miles, and the lights came back on. Of course, by this time the service center was closed for the day. The TPMS error is still happening. More
