Lyn, At South Colorado Springs Nissan, we place the utmost importance on treating every customer with courtesy, integrity and respect. Your review indicates that somehow, we did not manage to give you the same respect as the rest of our customers. I would like to take this time to address these concerns directly: You came into our service department stating we sold you a vehicle without giving you the wheel lock key, which had now left you stranded with a flat tire. We offered to have your vehicle towed into the dealership, at no cost to you, if you paid for the tire replacement. Once the vehicle was on-site, we were able to locate the wheel lock in the glove box but still did not charge you for the tow. We followed through with the original agreement to pay the tow bill, so I am not sure where the misunderstanding is here?
