WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! , AAA TOWED IN 10/8/25 FOR DEAD BATTERY. CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO FIND STATUS OF CAR. SENT INFO. TO CHATROOM 10/12/25 "SOMEONE" WILL CALL BACK NE , AAA TOWED IN 10/8/25 FOR DEAD BATTERY. CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO FIND STATUS OF CAR. SENT INFO. TO CHATROOM 10/12/25 "SOMEONE" WILL CALL BACK NEVER HAPPENED. TALKED WITH ASHLEY, TOLD ME JOSH WOULD CALL BACK. NEVER HAPPENED. MANY CALLS MADE WITH NO RESPONSE. 10/15/25 WENT TO DEALERSHIP TO FIND CAR, NO HISTORY OF CAR, M. CASTORI CHECKED COMPUTER. TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO CALL POLICE TO REPORT STOLEN CAR. FREDDY JUST HAPPENED TO HEAR ME TALKING ABOUT LOST CAR. HE JUST HAPPENED TO FIND KEYS ON DESK WITH KEY TAG WITH MY PHONE # ON IT. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CHECK FOR CAR, CALL ME FOR INFO. FINALLY PICKED UP CAR 10/16/26. FREDDY DID GET CAR READY FOR PICK UP, WAS VERY NICE ABOUT MY ISSUES. I COULD GO ON. I CALLED RON TORRES, AFTER RECEIVING E-MAIL HOW I RATED SERVICE. Michael Castori in service is a liar He tried to overcharge me At first He told me the repair cost would be $600 then he changed it to $900 even though my vehicle has certified warranty Then when I overcharge me At first He told me the repair cost would be $600 then he changed it to $900 even though my vehicle has certified warranty Then when I got there he Changed it to $1250 He lied and said he didn’t tell me $900 and that and that calls are recorded so told him to play the recording bc he was lying ,of course he didn’t I took my business elsewhere All the other places quoted well under $600 and the mechanic I used said I didn’t even have leak and I only needed a new thermostat So the pricey $300 diagnosis was a lie just like Michael Castori He is not to be trusted More

Worked on getting my vehicle I purchased out of state a look over and the recall fixed. I had no dip stick from the company I bought it from and also oil was not changed. I was told one was ordered and wou look over and the recall fixed. I had no dip stick from the company I bought it from and also oil was not changed. I was told one was ordered and would get contacted when it comes in. Almost a month later no call back or any kind of communication. I also was details about the recall and exhaust with no return calls. I ended up purchasing my own dip stick and found my oil low and dirty. But also was difficult to place the dip stick in. This is what I was asking to be checked and was told it was. Obviously it was not checked and the oil was not good. Worked with a guy named Mike “Bike Mike”. Communication was very poor More
