Just purchased a new RC 350 which Mike Courville had to find at another dealer. Had it in 2 days and an easy and seamless transaction. This Santa Barbara dealership is a competitive as any in LA. We were greeted in the parking lot when we arrived. Mike Courville was our sales rep. I got to do the test drive alone with parent as due to Covid-19. Nice friendly service. Smog wasn’t done and Derek ar Courville was our sales rep. I got to do the test drive alone with parent as due to Covid-19. Nice friendly service. Smog wasn’t done and Derek arranged Santa Maria Toyota to do it. Was told $800 on trade-in and paperwork said $500, but got a payment I could afford. More

KKB instant offer which was $2,731 said it would only be 20 minutes which turned into 2.5 hours. Kept my car no check they gave me some paperwork and I was very frustrated so I then called KKB she agreed th 20 minutes which turned into 2.5 hours. Kept my car no check they gave me some paperwork and I was very frustrated so I then called KKB she agreed that is unacceptable and she did contact consumer affairs. As well my husband and I since Friday no response and they are completely unorganized. Mike was trying to help but his hands were tied. Everything they stated on there website felt like false advertising and every person was trying to cover up for each other. We even called the Oxnard dealerships and they confirmed that there was no Eddie there. More
