The Toyota of Kent dealership worked with me through my purchase that was truly remarkable for any business. I was caught up in a difficult divorce that affected my purchase in a direct way. It was a time of anxiety & conflict which made making such a big decision of buying a car overwhelming at that time in my life. At some point I needed to explain the situation I was in to them. They assisted me every way possible through this awkward time, as I tried to make the best decision possible. I must say, that even when I made, what proved to not be the best decision, they worked with me & turned things around to get things right for me. I greatly appreciated this type of service & awareness. They wanted me to be happy, satisfied & confident with my purchase. I am a senior & have purchased many automobiles over the years.
