We apologize that you had an unpleasant experience with us. There was an error in our hours listed on Facebook, which is where we assume you read that we were open on Sunday. Our website, Google, DealerRater, etc., hours accurately reflect that we are closed on Sundays. We apologize for this confusion, and we have corrected it. In regards to the Explorer, we had three other scheduled appointments before your intended visit, and we like many other dealerships operate on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we are happy to place a hold on a vehicle with a deposit. We regret that we failed in our efforts to communicate effectively with you and that we were unable to assist you in your search for a new vehicle.
