great experience This is the second purchase at Hoffman Lexus and I can 't say enough good things about this dealership. I have always had good car salesmen but this This is the second purchase at Hoffman Lexus and I can 't say enough good things about this dealership. I have always had good car salesmen but this time I hit the jackpot with Michael Pease. Great guy and really knew his product, in this case a Lexus 350. Was very patient with me...he stayed late, way late, to explain the car to me. Really great guy! Al Ramos in the finance department was great as well! He carefully explained everything to me and recommended products to me that he felt I needed. No pressure at all! Very pleasant man to deal with. And lastly, I will also say that if the service department was not good, I would not be going back to this dealership. This service department is outstanding,professional and courteous. I have been there for maintenance visits and I must say all of them are great. I have had a great experience with Bob Dinapoli. One of the nicest guys around. More
