Customer is NOT the priority Called about test driving a car, was informed it would be pushed through service so I could come test drive it. Five days later, I was called and told Called about test driving a car, was informed it would be pushed through service so I could come test drive it. Five days later, I was called and told it was done with service, I could come drive it. Went later that day, driving 40 minutes, only to find out it had been sold. No one even had the decency to call me and tell me it was sold, just let me waste an out and a half driving so I could be told they sold it out from under me. A week later Mike Johnson (salesman who I initially talked to) finally called. However, he wouldn’t stop talking when I was trying to explain my frustration. This is why used car salesmen have a terrible reputation!! Plenty of other customer service oriented dealers out there - check out Jeff Skelly at Tom Ahl in Lima for a quality experience. More
