If I repeated the question, he’d get annoyed and say things like “listen, I am doing a lot to help you” “the only reason why I came in today was to help you,” as if to make me feel guilty for doing his job. Incredibly rude and condescending. And then when all was said and done he gave the financial aid department the wrong information, which wasn’t caught until after I had driven home and gotten settled. I had to waste another hour and a half of my time to return. He would not be clear with me, he would disappear from his desk for several minutes, he would talk to other clients while still helping me - this guy was a disorganized NIGHTMARE. Then when I finally got to take it over to get it inspected, the guys there asked for verify my address and phone number and somehow that was so incredibly incorrect that I wondered if there was another woman here with the same name. Mike is absolute moron, please if you get directed to meet with him, RUN. More
