Mike Leone is an excellent salesman and an over all nice guy! Hubby and I needed his patient and thorough explanation of all the new electronic features on the 2022 HRV we bought yesterday evening. He answe guy! Hubby and I needed his patient and thorough explanation of all the new electronic features on the 2022 HRV we bought yesterday evening. He answered all our questions clearly and is knowledgeable in explaining the entire dashboard. I needed the "keyless" system explained twice and he was great about that. The test drive included everything we asked for. The last car I bought was 21 years ago! This dealership let us take the car to our nearby mechanic who gave it a "thumbs up" evaluation and told us that Lester Glenn has a "solid reputation" in the industry. Mike Leone even helped me navigate my insurance company's crazy telephone-tree and got us really good financing within our budget. I haven't read anybody else's reviews yet but I bet we are all in agreement! We found the car online and easily made an appointment. I am so glad Mike was our salesman and will recommend Mike (and Steve in finance) and Lester Glenn Dealerships to friends and family. More
