This dealership did not waste my time, nor did they waste theirs. I informed them about my terrible credit, and I understood that my payment, APR, term limit, and down payment would be high. I just wanted numbers and paperwork ready to sign; I did not want to answer 21 questions like at other dealerships, nor did I want them to push other vehicle types on me. A few hours later, I received a call from the manager, who worked his magic and told me to come in, sign some papers, and that the car was mine. It was very easy and convenient; they even considered that I was driving from Bakersfield and waited for me after the dealership had closed. I would highly recommend this dealership, and I will now get all my future used or new vehicles from them. The effort they put into making this happen—rather than trying to see how much they could make off me—restored some of my faith in humanity. It was well worth the drive, and I can't wait for my wife to trade in her vehicle and see what surprises she may drive off with. I would rate them 10/10, especially since they are straightforward and go the extra mile to ensure you leave satisfied. A special shout-out to Mike, Oscar, and Luis. More

Extremely horrible service here at this location they wouldn’t honor vehicle warranty to repair a brake line that failed and without any investigation claimed it was rodent damage.
