Disappointing. Extremely poor communication skills. Then, after more than double the estimated repair time, several things scheduled to be done never happened! I’m not one to give negative feedback, however, my experience was truly awful! Both times for the same issue. Then my mirror gets damaged while it’s at the dealership but nobody says anything. It was obvious as soon as I approached my vehicle. Good luck having your dealer service manager return your calls over a week. It’s been a month and still nothing. Is it satisfied with service. 1. They did not find the problem and charged me around $190. 2. I noticed a couple of days after pickup that my truck was most likely damaged in yo 1. I noticed a couple of days after pickup that my truck was most likely damaged in your dealership’s care (dent in back of cab by rear window). I called and asked if someone could review video from cameras and nobody called me back. 3. If it was or was not damaged at your facility I never received call back and called at least three times times. I was in a vulnerable position because I was far away from home pulling a trailer and could not travel, so I spent extra nights at campground. Also the same problem I had in St Augustine reoccurred again on long travel. I am currently waiting for local dealer to accept my truck for service, but say they are two weeks out. I can’t afford waiting so don’t know what to do. If anyone can help with my problems I need a callback ASAP at 714-393-5026. This is the crappiest service I have had anywhere. I wish I would have not brought my vehicle to your dealership. More

I can’t say enough or express enough gratitude toward this dealership. Mike my salesman and Dawuan the manager impressed me with there general attitude toward me. The salesman Jack and the finance Manager Dawaun went above and beyond to get me in this 25 Ram 2500. They were up against what I thought were impossible odds. They were both very patient with me and my above and beyond to get me in this 25 Ram 2500. They were up against what I thought were impossible odds. Super friendly dealership. My sales associate was Lawrence and I really enjoyed my time / sales experience with him. Just a great guy. Not pushy or shady like some salesman My sales associate was Lawrence and I really enjoyed my time / sales experience with him. Just a great guy. Not pushy or shady like some salesman that I have come across over the years. We worked out a deal and now I am a proud Jeep Gladiator owner. My son said “we are now part of the secret JEEP club” and I couldn’t be more excited. We didn’t just buy a vehicle. We bought an experience and our journey down this road just got a lot more exciting and memorable. I can’t wait to see what’s around the next corner. Just want to thank Lawrence and this dealership for great buying experience. More
