My experience at Ciocca was outstanding. From the first call, being directed to Jim Schin, Jim was very friendly, asked about the car I was interested in to the actual test drive. It was a complete pleasure dealing with him, answered all of my questions without any issues. My car was ready as promised, Jim again took the time to review the options. Jim also followed up with a phone call a few days later after , making sure I was happy with the car, any questions I might have had. We pulled up to look at a Certified Pre-Owned Impreza and after Milton and I went on a test drive, we spoke about the bells and whistles and whatnot. Unfortunately it was a bit out of my price range. After multiple hours of trying to run certain numbers that would work with us, Milton found us a BRAND NEW Impreza that fit our budget. We had some help from some other guys too. Milton was a top-notch dude and was a pleasure to work with (not sure he felt the same lol) but it was a tremendous experience. It was my first NEW car ever and I was so excited pulling out of the lot (after 5 long hours). Everyone at Ciocca Subaru was helpful, friendly, and very patient. Mike G came over and helped us out for a while, and Mike M was the sales manager that helped us out as well. Once everything was set-up, John helped us with all the financial stuff. He was very on-top of his game and helped us get into a brand new car with an APR that I could only dream about. More

Painless We had been Toyota people for most of our adult life. We had heard a lot about Subaru and we decided we were interested in two possible models. We test drove our share of the Forrester models and the Outback. Our sales guy, Zack, was very patient and made sure we were able to test drive whatever we wanted. We are ultimately settled on the outback and when we are ready to buy they didn’t have one on the lock but Zack was able to get one to us later in the day. They take care to maintain customer service quality all the way through the process and the closing was a piece of cake and were very pleased with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend both Zack and Ciocca Subaru. More
