Mike McKesson helped us and we appreciated his help tech was changing 144 for a 30 minute work to only change wheel locks that I purchased at the dealer which that work doesn’t even take 5 minutes to do. Construction dust was difficult to deal with and I miss the ham and cheese sandwiches.... The check-in process was fast and seamless. Mike (I think that was his name), the service associate who checked me in, was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, fast and very efficient. The loaner car/car rental process was equally as seamless, and extremely convenient. The associates in that department were wonderful as well. The overall check in process was great and much faster than I expected. The service on my car is still in question as my car just started making a noise similar to what I brought it in for, so this week I will have to contact the dealer/service department again to see what’s going on. However, the service employees that I spoke with and dealt with were great. Overall, it was a good experience. More
