We were impressed not only with the sales end but also the openness of the service area associ We went to the dealership to check out the new Accords. We were impressed not only with the sales end but also the openness of the service area associates. We were offered a great deal on the new car, and service offered a possible solution to keep our old car on the road. Another Honda dealer previously told us we had an unrepairable automatic transmission with no available replacements. We were very impressed with the size of their service bay area and the fact that their mechanics had so many years of seniority on the job. Most dealerships will not let you near their service areas. I had heard of Parkway Honda off and on for years but this was our first experience with them. Everyone we talked to from sales to management were super nice, very polite, and answered any question we asked. I will recommend Parkway to anyone wanting to buy a new or used vehicle. More
