I can't thank the team at Westborn enough for the amazing service on my car! My dealer Mike, who I've trusted for years, was able to get me in to finally fix my passenger window switch that had been broken f service on my car! My dealer Mike, who I've trusted for years, was able to get me in to finally fix my passenger window switch that had been broken for months(tried working with my local dealership but was running into issues). I drove all the way from Clarkston to Dearborn because I know the level of service here is always top notch. Mike checked with Josh in parts to make sure they had what I needed, and Josh made the part a priority. Tim, the service manager (another long-time connection), worked with my schedule and made sure a tech was ready for me as soon as I arrived. Marc, my tech, was awesome—quick, efficient, and professional. And a big shoutout to Dave the write-up guy too—can’t leave him out! I honestly don’t know what I’d do without this team. I’ll always buy my cars from Westborn knowing they’ve got my back if anything goes wrong. Thanks again! More

Just purchased a 2019 V6 Challenger through Mike Poupore at Westborn this week. Amazing experience I met Mike for the 1st time today even though my dad has been going to him for 20 years. I had a 2007 used vehicle that I did not plan on getting rid I met Mike for the 1st time today even though my dad has been going to him for 20 years. I had a 2007 used vehicle that I did not plan on getting rid of. But due to my travelling in the future, my husband wanted me to get something newer. I never met a more caring salesman than Mike. He took the time to go over everything from start to finish with every detail and very thoroughly. He cares about your finances, your credit and about every detail of your situation. I wanted to get sick doing this process because the thought of having a car payment and doing this process can be nerve wracking. But again Mike made me feel very at ease. I have never driven the Jeep brand before but looking forward to seeing what it will do in the future. I have heard nothing but great things about this dealership and now Mike too.
