Service was so bad I traded in my car. They rotated my tires and did a wheel balance with a bad tire. I told them it was flat and I put air in it. They said it was fine. Work was done on my car so I did not authorize and was asked to pay when I did not authorize it. He intimated that my husband was a liar and I have never been treated like that at this dealership before I asked to pay when I did not authorize it.
