I have 2 cars, which have been serviced, but not bought at this dealer. I use to go to honda land but had service issues which made me switch. Honestly, I wish I did this earlier. Better hours, friendlier people who seem a tad more honest. My sons car had an engine light go on which could be something or nothing. I called wesley chapel honda and mike who has taken care of my cars. He told me to bring it in asap and they will look at it. My son was going to HCC for a class and came in after it around 1130am..within 30 minutes they looked it over and came up with a minor adjustment...no charge..mind you, this is a used car bought at honda land, not there...i was impressed with how they helped my son and did not need to make a few bucks and helping out a teen with his first car..i am willing to bet that would be a 100 buck charge at the other place..
I can tell you that I will do what I can to continue to have our cars serviced there and hopefully buy my next one from this place...

Mike Spitzig is an amazing service manager. I have been using the Service Dept for over 2 years. Today, I drove over 40 minutes for service on my Honda Odyssey and as always it was excellent. Mike is extremely professional, prompt and pays attention to every detail when I describe any problems or issues with my Odyssey. He is attentive to the fact that I come for service with my Special Needs son and if the service will require additional time, he finds out up front and sets my expectations. My husband, who rarely ever has good comments following a service visit, has repeatedly said that "Mike is a Keeper!" There is a Honda dealership 5 minutes away from my home, but for as long as Mike is affiliated with Wesley Chapel Honda, I will never find out if the closer dealership is any good!

Mike was fantastic to work with. I called him a number of times to ask questions. He was always extremely helpful, courteous and patient. He definately went the extra mile. I will always request him when I come to the dealership for anything.

had a problem with my Hondas radio,,,I stopped in without an appt and Mike had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! Great guy!!

I found Mike Spitzig at Wesley Chapel Honda to be very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely efficient in dealing with my problem. I just dropped into the dealership without an appointment and he took care of my problem immediately.

I will certainly recommend Mike and that dealership to all of my friends.

Mr Spitzig is absolutely the most courteous and professional representative I have ever met. Over the last two years he has been my rep. I love the Honda service area too, but he makes the experience enjoyable. My husband and I highly recommend the Wesley Chapel dealership for the superior customer care. Thank you!

Mike Spitzig and Jason Hunter were VERY PROFEESIONAL AND UNDERSTANDING of our recent visit for our Honda repair.These two Service consultants listened to our problems and fixed our car to our satisfaction!!!
