Hi, my name is Miko Duque, and I’m a Service Advisor at Toyota Vallejo. My goal is to make car service simple and stress-free by clearly explaining what your vehicle needs and ensuring it’s taken care of properly. I enjoy building trust with my customers and helping them keep their cars safe and reliable on the road. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, cooking, and most of all, being a proud father to my sons. These passions keep me grounded and motivated to give my best every day, both at home and at the dealership.

Had a 1:00 pm appointment. Was signed in quickly, offered additional recommended services for the mileage of my vehicle. Work was done in about an hour and I was on my way.
