Promised follow up and phone calls that never happened, who cares after they get your money right. Tried to reach out to GM- but I guess once the dealership scams you its a done deal... Somehow you get a "new car" from the previous year with almost 5K miles that was used as a courtesy vehicle, and you get charged with all the bells and whistles and the up pricing of a brand new car- and yet the car had stains all over the interior and still had stains and dirt on the inside of this "new" car- even after they "cleaned" it. All the cars I was shown on the lot were already being used by the employees, with their belongings inside of the vehicle. No, I don't want to test drive a vehicle that is filthy and has an employee's personal belongings thrown about everywhere inside of it. Dealership just sells employee used cars as brand new. Good Luck! Awful experience.. don't trust them, go somewhere else. More
