I have been trying to get a part replaced on my vehicle for the past five weeks, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Every time I had an appointment scheduled with a loaner vehicle, it was c for the past five weeks, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Every time I had an appointment scheduled with a loaner vehicle, it was canceled the day of because I was told the part had not arrived. My service advisor, Miriam, failed to communicate with me in a timely manner. On two separate occasions, I was already on my way to the dealership after adjusting my work schedule, only to find out that my appointment had been canceled because the part was supposedly not in. My appointment was then rescheduled for a Monday. The Friday before, I called to confirm and was told that although Miriam was not in, the part had arrived. However, on Monday at 8:30 a.m.—just one hour before my 9:30 a.m. appointment—Miriam messaged me saying the part was not in. When I replied that I had been told on Friday that the part had arrived, she responded, “I’m sorry, yes, it’s in.” At this point, I feel that the part may have been available and that my case was not being properly managed. The lack of communication, conflicting information, and repeated last-minute cancellations have caused significant inconvenience and made me lose confidence in the service I was receiving. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service provided and hope improvements are made so other customers do not have a similar experience. More
