I happen to see something I liked and I figured I’ll take a shot and go back and see how much Norm Reeves will offer me and when they evaluated my vehicle, they gave me a price that was not a high demand offer after looking at my private sales option and trade in options KKB has a trad in value showing $20,954 . The max offer with Mohammed went from $18,000 to 20,000. I said no thank you give me my keys. I originally wanted $26,050 but I was willing to do $25,000 the bank manger or who ever the xxxx it was with Mohammed seem to be cocky because I was not accepting their offer and at that point I just wanted my keys back and instead of him more professional and saying “sir we apologize, but we cannot offer you more here is your key” he instead wanted to argue with me to the point he told me that they did not come to my house and knock on my door and made come out to get an offer and to get in a truck that I wanted, I said yes you did I got a message from Marsha telling me you would offer me a high demand offer which its a bull crap offer therefore give me my keys. As I step out looking for my vehicle, my vehicle is nowhere to be found. They had parked it all the way in the back of the lot when I had parked it in front of your dealership. Management Sales there sucks. No ethic and no respect when a customer says no is no…… I should had learned my lesson from the first experience I had with another rep not to long ago when purchasing a 2025 Rav

It’s to late for you do to do anything for me. Longo Toyota of Prosper gained my business thank you very much. But what I will advise you is to train your staff in there Customer service roles to have empathy better communication skills be active listeners problem solvers just be patient , and managers need to be adept at finding solutions for escalated issues and guiding their team to do the same. This requires advanced analytical skills not a we didn’t come to your house and knocked on your door and told you to come here to get this truck type of analytical skills zero stars goes out for your sales department at Norm. Five stars goes to Robby De Veer he’s the real deal in the service department
