From the moment I contacted Devin, I knew I was in good hands. He was responsive. I was asking about a specific vehicle and he got back to me with all of the specifications and made sure to let me know tha hands. He was responsive. He was not pushy or aggressive at all, but just supportive and really tried to figure out what my needs were and what I was looking for and if he had a solution to those. He then went to his manager, and he and his manager worked up a great deal for me on the vehicle and was very clear about any other associated fees or additions so I didn’t feel like I was being manipulated or misled in any way. That sense of clarity and Direct communication was greatly appreciated by me and I’m sure it would be greatly appreciated by anyone. He delivered on everything that he said, and has been completely accessible throughout the entire process and post sale to make sure that I never felt like just another customer. Great work, Devin. Doreen helped me navigate the lease process, answered a million questions, got on the phone with me after hours to work through the final parts of the process so we could finish in one day, and was the picture of transparency, kindness, and partnership. Mo was also wonderful. He sent me videos of the car I found online, gave me an in depth understanding of the technology when I was picking it up, and even walked me through some questions by phone after I left.
