Both Mohamed and Alex were great; however, writing the “Customer will purchase car if price is 100% agreeable today” line on a quote and asking for a signature is scummy behavior. Not the first dealer that pulled that stunt and honestly it makes an annoying process even worse. Just negotiate a price normally, stop adding unnecessary xx into the process. The fact that I have to barter for a car instead of purchasing for a set price like almost any other commodity is already a joke. More
