Service department is poor I called several different dealership hoping to get it in sooner. Told had to leave it they would get to it when they could get to it. Said I could not be without my vehicle fo dealership hoping to get it in sooner. Told had to leave it they would get to it when they could get to it. Said I could not be without my vehicle for weeks (check engine light). Stated like I said we get to when we can get to it and then how ever long that takes. When someone doesn`t care about fixing my vehicle why would they care about how well of a job they do? Someone need to hire people that want to work! More

I went in for an oil change and told him I had a maintenance contract that I bought with my pick up and they refused to even look at. It told me I didn’t buy at their dealership so they weren’t gonn maintenance contract that I bought with my pick up and they refused to even look at.
